If a project should not happen, we say so on the consultation. We have refunded deposits when fit changed. Your time and money matter more than our quarter.
We turn down work regularly. Some engagements look right on paper and are misaligned in practice. Here are the patterns we have learned to spot. If any of these describe you, we will say so on the fit call and recommend an alternative path. No hard feelings on either side.
The productized installs start at $5K. The math does not work below that. There are good freelancers on Upwork and in Skool communities who do focused installs for less, and we will tell you so.
We do operations and agentic intelligence. We do not run Google ads, design logos, or write your sales copy. We can recommend people who do those things well.
We handle data carefully and have strong security practices, but we are not a SOC 2 audited firm. If your contract requires a formal certification, we are not the right team.
Operator-led means one operator on point. If your project requires 4 engineers working in parallel for 6 months, you need an agency or a hired internal team, not us.
Long RFPs, multi-stakeholder approval chains, vendor portals, NET-90 terms. We run lean for a reason. Enterprises with that overhead are not our buyer.
